War is no solution.

I found a posting on reddit.com, explaining how war is not a solution. The USA has spent nine years in Afghanistan, seven years in Iraq, and trillions of dollars gone to nothing but debt for both wars. Congratulations to Egypt, because in less than a months time--only a fraction of the United States "wars"--they have gone from dictatorship to, well, nothing right now, but a democracy in the near future for them. Right now power is in Egypts military forces. Tell us what you think in the comments.

  2. War is so stupid... Why cant the leaders of countries just go fight it out themselves instead of having innocent people die for them...

  4. The U.S. established democracy in both Iraq and Afghanistan. War is has solved more disputes then any other way combined.

  6. The Egyptians have scored a win for peaceful protests this week. The West, meanwhile, continue only to fuel their military industrial complexes.

  10. I've always wondered how technologically advanced our world would be if there was no violence. If every country put all of their effort and money in to advancing society, we would be light years ahead of where we are now.

  11. I agree with Brendan, there's no point in war and if they really want to fight let the leaders do it

  13. I definitely oppose the war that we are in over in the middle east, but I think at this point we can't really turn around on it.
